What is our refund policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our hosting packages. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your hosting within the first 30 days, we will refund your first months hosting fees - no questions asked.

Unfortunately we can't refund any domain registration purchase fees, so please ensure you double check the spelling of your domains as mistakes cannot be rectified or refunded post-purchase.
