How do I access my hosting control panel?

There are two ways to access your hosting control panel.

The first is the quickest, however you need to know your hosting credentials that were emailed to you when you signed up.

Go to http://yourdomainname/cpanel and login

The second uses a link in the billing system which will automatically log you in to cPanel.

Log into the billing system, choose "My Services" and select the hosting account you wish to manage.

In the top right hand corner, click on the "Please select" link and choose "Login to cPanel". A new browser window will open containing your hosting control panel.

Proxy server users

If you access the internet via a proxy server (usually on a corporate network) then the ports that the control panel use may be blocked which will prevent you from accessing the control panel in that environment.

We have setup a control panel service on the standard port 80 which should allow you to login from behind a proxy server. Access http://cp.purleyhosting.com/ and then login with your hosting credentials.
